Dreamavia
Dream Brush Privacy Policy
Effective Date: [August 15, 2026]
Last Updated: [August 15, 2026]
Dream Brush is provided by Dreamavia LLC (“Dreamavia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how Dreamavia collects, uses, stores, shares, and otherwise processes information in connection with Dream Brush, including Dream Brush applications, websites, accounts, community features, marketplaces, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Dream Brush. Other products and services offered by Dreamavia may have different features, technologies, and privacy practices and may be governed by separate privacy policies.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use Dream Brush.
Account and Profile Information
If you create a Dream Brush account, we may collect information such as:
your name;
username;
email address;
profile photograph or avatar;
biography;
location information that you voluntarily add to your profile;
social media or external links;
account settings and preferences; and
other information you choose to provide through your account or profile.
You may be able to choose whether your account or certain information is public or private.
Artwork and Creative Content
Dream Brush allows you to create, store, upload, publish, share, license, sell, purchase, download, or otherwise interact with artwork and other creative content.
Depending on how you use Dream Brush, we may process content such as:
drawings and artwork;
images and photographs;
project files;
brushes and brush information;
textures;
layers;
colors and palettes;
creative assets;
marketplace content;
profile and gallery content; and
other content you create, upload, store, publish, or provide.
Detailed Project and Drawing Data
A Dream Brush project may contain substantially more information than the final image that is visible to another person.
Depending on the project format and features used, a project may contain information about the creation of the artwork, including individual strokes and information associated with those strokes, such as:
pressure;
speed;
angle;
azimuth;
position;
timing;
brush used;
brush settings;
color;
layers;
textures;
canvas information;
editing information;
project history; and
other technical or creative information associated with the project.
We refer to this information together with artwork and related creative information as “Artwork and Project Data.”
If you choose to sell, share, transfer, or otherwise provide a complete project file to another person, that file may contain some or all of this underlying information in addition to the finished artwork.
You should consider what information is contained in a project before choosing to make the project file available to another person.
Artwork Stored Only on Your Device
Dream Brush may allow you to create and keep artwork locally on your device without uploading it to Dreamavia.
Artwork and Project Data that remains solely on your device and is never transmitted to Dreamavia is not collected by Dreamavia merely because you created or edited it using Dream Brush.
If you choose to use cloud storage, synchronization, backup, publishing, sharing, marketplace, collaborative, or other online functionality, the applicable Artwork and Project Data may be transmitted to and stored by Dreamavia or our service providers as necessary to provide that functionality.
Public and Private Content
Dream Brush may allow accounts, profiles, artwork, galleries, projects, or other content to have different visibility settings.
Content you designate as private is not intentionally made publicly available through Dream Brush.
Content you choose to make public may be viewed by other users and, depending on the functionality of the Service, potentially by people who do not have a Dream Brush account.
You should understand that information made public on the Internet may be copied, saved, photographed, screenshotted, indexed, shared, or otherwise obtained by other people without Dreamavia’s authorization.
Dreamavia’s Terms of Service may prohibit certain uses of Dream Brush content, but we cannot guarantee that every third party will comply with those restrictions.
2. Marketplace, Purchases and Seller Information
Dream Brush may allow users to purchase, sell, license, commission, offer, fulfill, or otherwise transact in connection with creative content, digital products, physical products, services, or other offerings.
If you participate in transactions, we may collect or process information such as:
products or services purchased or sold;
order and transaction history;
transaction amounts;
buyer or seller information;
shipping information;
fulfillment information;
refund and dispute information;
payout information;
tax-related information where applicable;
information necessary to verify eligibility;
information used to detect fraud or abuse; and
communications associated with transactions.
Transactions may be processed or supported by third-party payment processors, commerce platforms, app marketplaces, financial institutions, printing providers, manufacturers, fulfillment providers, shipping providers, or other service providers.
Those providers may collect information directly from you according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Dreamavia generally does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number when payment information is collected directly by a payment provider.
3. Device and Technical Information
When you use Dream Brush, Dreamavia and our service providers may automatically receive certain technical information, including:

other technical or usage information.
Dream Brush does not require access to your precise geographic location unless a particular feature expressly tells you otherwise and requests any permission required by your device or applicable law.
4. Device Permissions
Depending on the features you choose to use, Dream Brush may request permission to access device capabilities such as:
your photo library;
camera;
microphone; or
other device features necessary for functionality you choose to use.
Where required, your operating system will ask you for permission.
You can generally change these permissions through your device settings.

7. Our Policy on Artificial Intelligence and Dream Brush Artwork
Dreamavia recognizes that artists may care deeply about how their creative work is used in connection with artificial intelligence.
Dreamavia does not use Artwork and Project Data created, stored, uploaded, published, shared, or sold through Dream Brush for the purpose of training generative artificial intelligence models.
Dreamavia does not sell, license, or intentionally provide Dream Brush Artwork and Project Data to third parties for the purpose of training generative artificial intelligence models.
These commitments describe Dreamavia’s use of Dream Brush Artwork and Project Data.
Dream Brush may use third-party companies and technologies to provide infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, payments, commerce, fulfillment, communications, security, and other services necessary to operate Dream Brush.
Dreamavia does not control every independent action, policy, technology, or future practice of every third-party service provider. Information processed by third-party providers may be subject to Dreamavia’s agreements and configurations with those providers, the providers’ applicable terms and privacy policies, and applicable law.
Accordingly, Dreamavia does not represent or guarantee that no third-party provider will ever use information in connection with artificial intelligence or machine-learning technologies.
Dreamavia’s commitment is that Dreamavia does not intentionally provide or license Dream Brush Artwork and Project Data to third parties for the purpose of training generative AI models.
AI and Machine-Learning Features
The commitments above do not prohibit Dream Brush from providing functionality that uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, automated processing, or similar technologies.
Processing content in order to provide functionality requested by a user is not, by itself, the same as using that content to train a model.
Where a particular feature requires materially different processing of personal information, Dreamavia may provide additional information or choices as appropriate.
Unauthorized AI Use by Others
Dreamavia’s Terms of Service prohibit certain unauthorized uses of content obtained through Dream Brush for artificial-intelligence and machine-learning purposes, including model training, development, fine-tuning, evaluation, benchmarking, testing, validation, dataset creation, and related activities.
Those restrictions establish what Dreamavia permits.
They are not a guarantee that every person or organization will obey those restrictions.
Dreamavia cannot guarantee that publicly available content will never be scraped, copied, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise obtained or misused by an unauthorized third party.
Dreamavia does not undertake an obligation to bring legal action against every person or organization that violates its Terms or the rights of a Dream Brush user.
Nothing in this section limits obligations or rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
8. How We Disclose Information
Dreamavia may disclose information in the following circumstances.
Service Providers
We may provide information to service providers that help us operate Dream Brush, including providers of:
cloud infrastructure;
hosting;
data storage;
analytics;
diagnostics;
security and fraud prevention;
communications;
email;
customer support;
app distribution;
payment processing;
commerce;
printing and manufacturing;
order fulfillment;
shipping; and
other operational and technical services.
The information provided depends on the services they perform.
Other Users and the Public
Information you intentionally make public may be visible to other users or the public.
When you conduct a transaction, information may also need to be provided to buyers, sellers, artists, customers, fulfillment providers, or other parties as necessary to complete the transaction.
At Your Direction
We may disclose information when you ask us to, authorize us to, connect Dream Brush to another service, or use functionality that requires information to be provided to another person or service.
Legal, Safety and Security Reasons
We may disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
comply with applicable law;
comply with valid legal process;
respond to lawful governmental requests;
investigate fraud or abuse;
investigate security incidents;
enforce our agreements;
protect the rights, property, or safety of Dreamavia, our users, or others; or
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Business Transactions
If Dreamavia or Dream Brush becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
9. Sale of Personal Information
Dreamavia does not sell Dream Brush users’ personal information for money as part of our ordinary business practices.
This statement is about the sale of personal information, not marketplace transactions initiated by users.
For example, if an artist intentionally lists artwork, a project, a creative asset, a physical product, or a service for sale and Dreamavia facilitates that transaction, that does not mean Dreamavia is independently selling the artist’s personal information.
Some privacy laws use terms such as “sell,” “share,” or “targeted advertising” in specialized ways that are broader than the ordinary meaning of those words. Where those laws apply, Dreamavia will provide notices and choices required by applicable law.
10. Analytics
Dream Brush may use Dreamavia’s own analytics systems and third-party analytics, diagnostic, infrastructure, and performance services.
These services may process technical, device, usage, diagnostic, and other information depending on the technology involved and our configuration.
Dreamavia may use this information to understand how Dream Brush is used, improve functionality, diagnose problems, measure performance, maintain security, and prevent abuse.
11. Emails and Other Communications
Dreamavia may send you transactional communications regarding matters such as:
your account;
security;
purchases or sales;
payments or payouts;
orders;
support requests;
policy changes; and
other activity relating to your use of Dream Brush.
Where permitted by law, we may also send promotional or marketing communications.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe option included with those messages.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent Dreamavia from sending necessary transactional or service-related communications.
12. How Long We Keep Information
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Different information may have different retention periods.
For example, information may be retained as necessary to:
provide Dream Brush;
maintain an active account;
maintain transaction records;
comply with tax and accounting obligations;
complete purchases or payouts;
resolve disputes;
prevent fraud and abuse;
maintain security;
enforce our agreements;
comply with legal requirements; or
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may retain limited information after account deletion where reasonably necessary for these purposes.
For example, we may retain transaction records required for accounting or legal purposes or limited technical information reasonably necessary to identify repeated fraud, abuse, security threats, or attempts to evade account enforcement.
We do not retain information merely because we might someday find it useful when there is no continuing legitimate purpose for retaining it.
13. Account Deletion
Dream Brush users may request deletion of their accounts and associated personal information through the account-deletion functionality we provide or by contacting us at:
hi@dreamavia.com
When an account is deleted, Dreamavia will delete, de-identify, or otherwise handle associated personal information in accordance with applicable law and our legitimate retention requirements.
Some information may remain where necessary for:
completed transactions;
financial records;
taxes and accounting;
fraud prevention;
security;
dispute resolution;
enforcement;
legal obligations; or
legal claims.
Content that another person has already lawfully received through a completed transaction may not disappear from that person’s possession when you delete your Dream Brush account.
Similarly, Dreamavia cannot retrieve copies, screenshots, downloads, or other reproductions made independently by third parties.
You should save or export any locally or remotely stored content you wish to retain before deleting your account.
14. Security
Dreamavia uses administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information processed through Dream Brush.
However, no application, website, server, database, cloud provider, network, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Dreamavia therefore cannot promise that a security incident, unauthorized access, cyberattack, data breach, scraping, theft, loss, or other unauthorized activity will never occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamavia is not responsible for independent unlawful or unauthorized conduct by third parties that Dreamavia did not direct or authorize.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Third-Party Services
Dream Brush may use or interact with third-party services for purposes such as:
infrastructure and hosting;
analytics;
payment processing;
commerce;
app distribution;
printing;
manufacturing;
shipping and fulfillment;
authentication;
communications;
security; and
other functionality.
These companies may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, agreements with Dreamavia, and applicable law.
Dreamavia does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties.
We encourage you to review the applicable privacy information provided by third-party services when appropriate.
16. International Users
Dream Brush may be available worldwide.
Your information may therefore be processed in the United States or other countries that may have privacy and data-protection laws different from those where you live.
Where applicable law requires particular protections for international transfers of personal information, Dreamavia will use appropriate mechanisms or safeguards.
17. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights concerning your personal information.
Those rights may include the ability to:
request access to personal information;
request correction of inaccurate information;
request deletion;
obtain a copy of certain information;
object to certain processing;
restrict certain processing;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
opt out of certain uses or disclosures; or
appeal certain decisions regarding a privacy request.
Not every right applies in every jurisdiction, and some rights are subject to exceptions.
To make a privacy request, contact:
hi@dreamavia.com
Dreamavia may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
18. Children and Teen Users
You must generally be at least 13 years old to create a Dream Brush online account, or older if the law where you live requires a higher minimum age for an online service such as Dream Brush.
Dream Brush is not intended to knowingly collect personal information through an online account from children who are not legally eligible to create an account.
If we learn that an ineligible child has provided personal information through an online Dream Brush account, we may take appropriate action, including deleting the account or information.
Teen Accounts
Users who are at least 13 but have not reached the age of legal majority where they live may use Dream Brush subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any age-appropriate protections or restrictions Dreamavia provides.
Dreamavia may apply different privacy, safety, communication, visibility, recommendation, or other settings to teen accounts.
Certain settings or features may require parental or guardian involvement.
Purchases, Sales and Other Commercial Activity
Being eligible to maintain a Dream Brush account does not necessarily mean that a minor is eligible to independently enter every commercial transaction available through Dream Brush.
Buying, selling, receiving payouts, accepting paid work, offering paid services, or participating in other commercial activity may require:
parental or guardian permission or involvement;
use of a parent or guardian’s eligible payment or payout account;
age or identity verification;
tax information;
compliance with a payment provider’s requirements; or
satisfaction of other requirements imposed by applicable law, Dreamavia, or a relevant financial or commerce provider.
Dreamavia may restrict commercial functionality where these requirements are not satisfied.
Local Use
Portions of Dream Brush may be capable of being used locally without creating an online account.
Content that remains solely on a user’s device and is not transmitted to Dreamavia is not collected by Dreamavia merely because the person used Dream Brush to create it.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Dream Brush will continue to evolve.
We may modify this Privacy Policy as our Service, technology, legal obligations, or business practices change.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through Dream Brush, our website, email, or another appropriate method.
The date at the top of this Privacy Policy shows when it was most recently updated.
